Registration open for the Postgraduate in Labor Law
Registration for postgraduate lato sensu in labor law and IDP labor process is open. The course aims to study employment relationships from the deepening and analytical update of the doctrine, legislation and labor and labor procedural jurisprudence. Classes are scheduled to start on March 11, 2019.
For IDP Professor and Labor Judge, Noêmia Porto, the continuous study of Labor Law is fundamental for those working in the area. “The World of Work is undergoing extreme transformation and these transformations require both the Professional in the world of Law, the Professional in the business area, and the Professional in the Administration area, to be in a constant process of improvement”, explains the Magistrate .
For the Judge, the IDP has a different methodology in its teaching. “IDP has a very clear pedagogical project and we don’t find that anywhere. Combining theory and practice, with professors who are working in prominent positions in the market, is a differentiator in the student's academic and professional training.”, explains the Professor.
The IDP Postgraduate Program has several professionals who stand out in their areas of work, such as the Minister of the Superior Labor Court, Maria Cristina Peduzzi, the Doctor and Lawyer, Luciana Garcia, and the Doctor and Labor Judge, Ricardo Lourenço . The Postgraduate structure is based on the interpretation, integration and application of the principles and norms of Labor Law and Process and their relationships with other legal branches. These interactions between teachers and students create possibilities for the student within the job market, thus networking with highly qualified professionals.
Registration for IDP Postgraduate Studies ends on March 11th.
