Group proposal

The Constitutional Jurisdiction and Fundamental Rights Group is a study and research group that brings together students, former students and professors from EDB/IDP, whose common purpose is the production and critical reading of scientific texts.
Its objective is to expand the debate on the topic of Constitutional Jurisdiction in the space for the realization of fundamental rights, studying the instruments of constitutional jurisdiction, its appropriate methodology and its limits, especially with regard to the democratization and effectiveness of constitutional jurisdiction, reflecting the consequences practices of the Federal Supreme Court's unconstitutionality decisions, respect for the STF's decisions and the institute of the complaint.
