The “Criminal Law and Macrocriminality” Research Group is aimed at students who are interested in deepening reflection on phenomena linked to crimes that affect collective interests, such as corruption, money laundering and financial crimes, analyzing their developments in material terms and procedural issues, as well as their impact on the adopted criminal policy, in terms of criminal prevention and repression. Criminalization of companies and corporations, negotiated solutions, new understanding of the theory of legal good, are topics pertinent to the Study Group, which intends not only to be linked to jurisprudence, but also to discuss the theoretical contours that promoted a new understanding of Criminal Law today .
