LiderA: female leadership research group – analysis and implementation of inclusion instruments.

The Electoral Observatory Research Group (LiderA research subline) is a collegiate of researchers, institutionally linked to the Faculty of Law of the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) inserted in the LAUDELINA nucleus – Interdisciplinary Center for Leadership and Diversity.

The Group is organized around the implementation of individual and collective projects. The activities are developed in a dynamic of interdependence and complementarity, seeking quality in the production of knowledge about the role of women in spaces of power, divided into the following research and extension activities:

I – Observatory of Political Violence against women;
II – Podcast;
II – CollaborA;
III – Advertising on social networks;
IV – NPJ;
V – Training courses and events.
