Group proposal

Research current topics in International Law and International Relations, with special emphasis on International Environmental Law (international responsibility for transboundary environmental damage, climate change, biological diversity, law of the sea, etc.) and International Humanitarian Law (humanitarian crisis and refugees , actions of the Red Cross, use of drones as a combat method, war crimes, International Criminal Court, etc.). The focus given to these two branches of international law does not prevent the study of other topics of equal importance, such as the right to development, international trade, human rights, combating transnational corruption, maintaining peace and the role of the UN, International Court of Justice , terrorism, etc.
