Teachers, independent professionals and public servants seeking to improve jurisdiction, competition and regulation in infrastructure agencies.

MEMBERS

Group proposal

The group focuses its research on doctrinal, legal and infra-legal texts, as well as judicial, arbitration, CADE and regulatory agency decisions relating to the country's infrastructure. It covers transport, energy, communications and sanitation. To this end, it seeks to observe and analyze each sector to produce texts, organize debates and academic events, suggesting directions for improvements.
