prioritize compliance and accountability?
In continuation of the special project “Implementation and Effective Regulation of the
General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD)”, the
IDP Center for Law, Internet and Society (CEDIS-IDP) and the Center for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL)
promote next Thursday, April 23, 2020 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm
(Brasília time), its 2nd webinar, which has as its theme data protection
based at risk.
Part of a series of events linked to the project, the objective of the webinar is
to address the potential of the concept of personal data protection and discuss how
organizations can prioritize compliance and accountability within the scope of the LGPD. To
this end, the interlocutors will briefly talk about their practical experiences with the
implementation of the LGPD focused on risk-based personal data protection.
