Group proposal

GECAL aims to understand how historical narratives inform legal practice and constitutional theory in Latin America. In addition to studies on the relationship between history and constitutionalism, the Group aims to develop a critical approach to how national memory is reconstructed by the continent's Constitutional Courts.
