With a diverse society and a continental geographic extension, the problem of effectiveness is strategic and central to consumer law. Therefore, to examine the numerous aspects of this new complex, dynamic and multidisciplinary context of consumer relations, the group's general objective is to investigate Consumer Law in its new frontiers and evaluate measures that can ensure due consumer protection.
