Group proposal

The objectives of the Administrative Improbity Study Group are:
(i) to empirically analyze cases involving acts of administrative improbity at the municipal level, initially;
(ii) consolidate statistical data on jurisprudence regarding administrative improbity, highlighting the leading cases;
(iii) question the assumptions analyzed when applying the institute published by Law no. 8,429/1992;
(iv) train students at the Brasília School of Law for academic production related to sanctioning administrative law, especially on administrative improbity; (v) promote institutionalized academic discussions on administrative improbity, through seminars, lectures, debates, among other means deemed appropriate.
