Law and Diversity
The Federal Constitution points out in its first article the dignity of the human person as the foundation of the Republic. In its third article, it points out that one of the fundamental objectives of the Federative Republic of Brazil is to promote the good of all, without prejudice based on origin, race, sex, color, age and any other forms of discrimination. Although the Constitution brings this importance to respect for diversity, in our daily lives we see situations and decisions that do not carry this commitment. Therefore, this debate is essential. Here, the Law and Diversity course addresses how it has been worked legally and brings important reflections on how the relationship between law, diversity and evident inequalities in society has occurred. Throughout the course, our students will learn about diversity, important concepts on the topic, and will also understand how to apply these concepts in practice, promoting this constitutional right to respect for all people.

Corporate Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship
Many people dream of creating and growing their own company to make profits and make money. There's nothing wrong with that, but entrepreneurs who stand out in the market also have other types of concerns, such as: what is the impact of my company on society? What does it promote for the community? How does it seek to minimize negative impacts on people and the environment? When we ask ourselves this question, we are talking about social entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship is a set of entrepreneurial actions that seek to improve society. To achieve this, the leaders of these initiatives create measures that can, at the same time, be profitable and social. In this way, we combine individual profits with positive social impacts, and thus promote not only improvements in our lives, but also in the lives around us. In the Social Entrepreneurship course, we will see the origin of this term, as well as cases of companies that emerged with the aim of promoting the improvement of life for society as a whole. Who knows, the course might inspire new entrepreneurs to think about innovations for social development?

Female Leadership
At this time of career decision, it is possible not to realize how the way society has been shaped impacts even this type of choice for women. There must be reflection on what the university and professional world prepares for women's entry into this trajectory. It is important that there is a space to raise awareness about invisible barriers or insecurities caused by gender inequality so that it can be discussed how to deal with uncomfortable and unfair situations and, above all, how to position yourself. Here the current scenario of female leadership in society and perspectives for improving women's insertion in environments previously understood as masculine will be presented. Thus, the course encompasses: • Peer mentoring - What is it like leaving high school and entering graduate school? What challenges do young women face in this transition? • Women in power - Gamified debate about professional challenges that women face since graduation. • Limiting beliefs – How do they interfere with women’s career choices?

The Art of Writing
As Voltaire well put it, “writing is the painting of the voice”. Through writing, we communicate, inform ourselves and express ourselves as people. Learning the art of writing thus becomes an essential skill for any professional in any field. When we learn to write, we learn to organize, refine, and reflect on our ideas. Writing is present in works such as books and academic works, but it is also present in agile methodologies, teamwork and the creation of great products. So, regardless of the path you think about taking in your career, learning high-level writing is a very important differentiator. If you are looking to understand how to communicate effectively through writing, this is the course for you. Here you will learn to think about communication in a comprehensive way to consider the elements that influence the languages and approaches used in texts. In addition, special emphasis is placed on reading and how each reader's repertoire contributes to the development of good writing and creativity.

Economics of Inequality
Social justice is often presented as the goal to be achieved by those who seek to reform society to be more just and equitable. The state is often promoted as the ideal instrument to achieve this goal. However, there is an abundance of research from social scientists demonstrating that the political-legal system favors the status quo and can hardly be considered a tool for radical change. In fact, because the law appears objective, it can often be used as a powerful social tool to advance the interests of the powerful at the expense of the powerless while appearing neutral. In this course, we will analyze some real examples of how the State can be used to promote and combat inequality, seeking to offer students a deeper understanding of the complexity of social structures and their often invisible impact on our lives.
